Fitness Bootcamp Ireland is a training guide site built for people who train outdoors, at home, or without a gym membership. We cover military-style fitness, HIIT, rucking, mountain running, boxing, cold water training and OCR preparation — all written with Irish terrain, Irish weather and Irish schedules in mind.
The site is written and maintained by a team of contributors with a genuine interest in fitness, outdoor training and movement. Rather than a single author or trainer, Fitness Bootcamp Ireland draws on the experience of various fitness enthusiasts who write from their own training background — keeping the advice practical rather than theoretical.
Our Approach
We do not assume access to a gym, a personal trainer or expensive equipment. Every guide on this site is written so it can be followed with little more than a back garden, a local hill or twenty minutes before work. We aim for honesty over hype — including in our gear reviews, where we recommend only what is genuinely worth buying.
