Becoming a member in 2025 has many more benefits besides our classes. As a member you will have free access to all of our summer hikes, coffee mornings, sea swims and any group gathering we launch throughout the duration of your course. If you want something a little more wholesome in your life, we think you will love our classes and our members.

Our business was established back in 2010 as an alternative way to keep fit. Our goal was to create exciting group workouts using outdoor facilities as much as possible and doing so in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner.

Since then we have grown into a multi-dimensional fitness business and we cater for all aspects of outdoor group training, team building, functional corporate workouts and everything in between, whilst still maintaining our core values of combining fitness and nature in an eco friendly way.

We put a huge emphasis on the social aspect of our classes so that individuals find it easy to make new friends and we like to organise group outings for members.

We like to think our classes are for everybody and you don't need to have any previous fitness experience to enjoy our workouts. When you come to our classes we want you to feel welcome, enjoy your workouts and in time make some friends living in your area.
