Our Fitness Bootcamp Challenges change throughout the year. They are a fun way to get back to fitness if you have been out for a while and they normally consist of a fitness program and a nutrition plan to follow. We update these challenges regularly so be sure to check them out throughout the year.
The next Challenge is our Fit 4 Christmas 4 week program. This is a great way to get back to fitness after lockdown, keep yourself on a healthy track and away from drinking and over eating. This program is one of our most successful every year. All classes will be outdoors for the remainder of this year.
