Our Fitness Bootcamp Challenges change throughout the year. They are a fun way to get back to fitness if you have been out for a while and they normally consist of a fitness program and a nutrition plan to follow plus some home work too. We update these challenges regularly so be sure to check them out throughout the year.
The next Challenge is our New year transformation 12 week program. This is a great way to get back to fitness, keep yourself on a healthy track and focused for creating that Summer body. This program is one of our most successful every year. All classes will be outdoors with plenty of social distancing but we will have a good laugh and put that work in too!
