Our Fitness Bootcamp courses are a fun and exciting group program for Men and Women of all ages and all fitness levels. You don't need any previous fitness to join but all we ask it that you turn up to every session and get the most from the program.

Our classes are all generally an hour long, twice weekly and consist of a mix of exercises from strength training, HIIT workouts, core work, cardio and everything in between.

We don't promise to make you a fitness model but what we do guarantee is that you will be leaner, feel better, sleep better and you will be fitter than 90% of the people you know after just 6 weeks.

Our classes are all local and community based and we pride ourselves on creating a social and inclusive atmosphere at our classes. They are a great way to meet people from your area.

You can expect an enjoyable full body challenge that will leave you feeling exhilarated by the end of class. All you need for our classes is water and a small bag for your belongings. Some members bring a mat but it's not compulsory. 

Once you book in for a Bootcamp class, our team will be in touch via email requesting some more details from you and we will also be sending on the meeting location so please check all email folders as sometimes emails can end up in your junk folder.

Places are limited on each course and once a course date goes full it will be removed from our website. Please note that once you book into a class, we incur charges so refunds are not possible. We can however change dates and locations and offer flexibility here.
