This is a 4 week plan and it is proven to help people lose a minimum of 8 pounds over the 4 weeks. It does include meat and dairy but its an extremely healthy and safe way to shed excess body fat. If you are vegan you can simply replace any meat option for another protein of your choice.
The plan includes 4 separate weekly shopping lists, the recipes, your cooking instructions and an easy to follow meal plan for the 4 weeks.
