Each ebook contains an easy to follow step by step guide to our daily workouts. Very little equipment is needed and if you don't have the equipment, you can easily use items you will have at home. The workouts are fun and fit for all ages and fitness levels. You can expect improved fitness levels, increased strength and to drop some inches the longer you stick to the program.
