Welcome to our new Flexi fitness option which give you complete control to select your desired duration, location and start date. Our minimum option is our 4 week membership.
Join up with our fitness groups at any time and enjoy the flexibility to choose a short or longer term program depending on your availability. All of our membership options include two fitness classes each week and classes must be used consecutively from your start date.
Our groups welcome along new members each week and you can expect a fun workout at every class. No previous fitness experience is necessary as our classes work in a manner which is inclusive of all fitness levels.
We pride ourselves on offering a social and community based program and we encourage members to take part in some of our extra curricular activities which are mostly free of charge for members.
Our Naas Bootcamp is ongoing every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm in Monread Park. Once you book your place our team will be in touch via email with all the class details.
