This 10 week training camp includes everything you will need to successfully lose weight, burn stubborn body fat and improve your overall fitness levels. Along with this we will help educate you around diet and nutrition which you can use after the 10 weeks are up to continue your journey. If you are serious about making some changes in 2024 this is a fantastic program to help you on your way.
The program includes 10 weeks of training at your selected location on two nights each week. You will also receive a nutrition plan to follow for the whole term. On your days off from classes you will have to complete some 20 minute fitness at home challenges which are fun and easy to follow and have videos included to follow.
If you follow our guidance, we can pretty much promise you a fast track success to weight loss and improved health. Anybody can do this and those who are determined, always get the best results. The more the merrier.
Our Milltown Bootcamp is ongoing every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. This class takes place off Patrick Doyle rd. Once you book in you will receive a text with all the class details closer to the start date.
