This 12 week Christmas training camp includes everything you will need to successfully lose weight, burn stubborn body fat and improve your overall fitness levels. Along with this we will help educate you around diet and nutrition which you can use after the 12 weeks are up to continue your journey. The program starts in October and will bring you right up to Christmas week.
The program includes 12 weeks of training at your selected location on two nights each week. You will also receive a nutrition plan to follow for the whole term. On your days off from classes you will have to complete some fitness at home challenges which are fun and easy to follow.
If you follow our instructors guidance, we can pretty much promise you a fast track success to weight loss and improved health. Anybody can do this and those who are determined, always get the best results.
Our Milltown Bootcamp is ongoing every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. This class takes place off Patrick Doyle rd. Once you book in you will receive a text with all the class details closer to the start date.
