This 10 week challenge is a fun and enjoyable way to get back to fitness or continue an already healthy lifestyle.

Our fitness bootcamp classes consist of a broad range of bodyweight exercises and we switch things up at every class. You will experience improved cardio, strength and stamina over the duration of your course.
Training happens in a group setting so you will get to workout with likeminded people from your area and classes are always mixed.
In the 10 weeks you will learn to change your eating habits, improve your fitness and strength, burn excess body-fat and improve your overall health and wellbeing. You will also have a lot of fun.
Our Milltown Bootcamp is ongoing every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. This class takes place off Patrick Doyle rd. Once you book in you will receive a text with all the class details closer to the start date.
