Our Fitness Bootcamp morning classes are a fun and exciting group workout for Men and Women of all ages and all fitness levels. These classes are generally an hour long, twice weekly and consist of a mix of exercises from strength training, HIIT workouts, core work, cardio and everything in between. You can expect an enjoyable full body challenge that will leave you feeling exhilarated by the end of class. All you need for our classes is water and a small bag for your belongings. Some members bring a mat but it's not compulsory.
Once you book in for a Bootcamp class, our team will be in touch via email requesting some more details from you. You will receive a text a day before your class starts with all the meeting and location details.
Places are limited on each course and once a course goes full it will be removed from our website.
