Welcome to our upcoming Fitness + Nutrition program which offers you the flexibility to choose your own membership. Our minimum duration on this particular program is 6 weeks in order for you to see noticeable results that you will be proud of.
Along with all of your classes you will receive two nutrition plans which are tailored towards weight loss. We also have Fitness only options on our website.
We're not saying this is an easy challenge but if you are determined to give us your full commitment, we are going to help you every step of the way and you will get results!
At classes, we train in a fun group environment and our training is designed so no matter what level you are at, you will improve at every single class. There is a fun element to all of our training and everybody is welcome along to our classes.
All we ask for is that you try your very best to show up to every class and on time.
The fitness classes will be ongoing every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm at Tolka Valley Park. Once you book your place our team will be in touch via email with all the class details.
