Welcome to the Glendalough Fitness Bootcamp Hike.
The Glendalough Spincs trail will meet in the car park area at the upper lake of Glendalough. A car is required to get to this location.
This is one of the most beautiful trails in the whole of Ireland and will see us climb to the top of the Spincs trail via the poulanass waterfall and back down along the old miners trail.
In total it will take us around 3 hours including lunch and photo opportunities along the way. The trek is moderate to advanced but is well worth the effort especially once you reach the summit.
