This is a 4 week plan and it is proven to help people lose a minimum of 8 pounds over the 4 weeks. It does include meat and dairy but its an extremely healthy and safe way to shed excess body fat. If you are vegan, we also have a vegan option available on our nutrition plan page.
The plan includes 4 separate weekly shopping lists, the recipes, your cooking instructions and an easy to follow meal plan for the 4 weeks.
We would recommend this to any person who hasn't trained for a long time, who has over indulged prior to starting our classes or who needs to lose weight quickly and safely for a specific event in your life.
