Our classes are open to everyone and you don't need any previous fitness experience to get started. We are social and community based and we take pride in helping each other, having fun during classes and working hard to achieve results. If you can't attend classes in person, we also offer an at home option which will allow you the chance to train from home.
Our Malahide Bootcamp location will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm beside Sacred Heart Church off Seabury Avenue.
