Join up with our Ashbourne fitness groups at any time and enjoy the flexibility to choose a short or longer term program depending on your availability. All of our membership options include two fitness classes each week and classes must be used consecutively from your start date.
Our groups welcome along new members each week and you can expect a fun workout at every class. No previous fitness experience is necessary as our classes work in a manner which is inclusive of all fitness levels.
We pride ourselves on offering a social and community based program and we encourage members to take part in some of our extra curricular activities which are mostly free of charge for members.
This Bootcamp is ongoing every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm near Ashbourne community centre. Once you book your place our team will be in touch via email with all the class details.
