This 6 week training camp includes everything you will need to successfully lose weight, burn stubborn body fat and improve your overall fitness levels. Along with this we will help educate you around diet and nutrition which you can use after the 6 weeks are up to continue your journey.
The program includes 6 weeks of training at your selected location on two nights each week. You will also receive a nutrition plan to follow for the whole term. On your days off from classes you will have to complete some fitness at home challenges which are fun and easy to follow.
If you follow our instructors guidance, we can pretty much promise you a fast track success to weight loss and improved health. Anybody can do this and those who are determined, always get the best results.
Our Sandymount Bootcamp is ongoing every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm in the Sean Moore park. Once you book in you will receive a text with all the class details closer to the start date.
