This 10 week training program includes everything you will need to successfully complete Hell & Back on 10th June 2023.
The program includes 10 weeks of training prior to the event, your event ticket (booked separately) with our dedicated group discount, a nutrition plan to follow, some merchandise on race day and access to our H&B social groups pre and post race day.
The event ticket needs to be booked separately for tax purposes but we will send you our discounted group link.
Our groups will complete the 8km course together. No person will be left behind so you can rest assured you will make it through this.
Our Milltown Bootcamp is ongoing every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. This class takes place off Patrick Doyle rd. Once you book in you will receive a text with all the class details closer to the start date.
