Our Yoga Level one course is a live group class which you can do from the comfort of your own home or from the office with your colleagues. The classes are 40 minutes long each evening and will introduce you to this ancient mind & body practice. Yoga is a fantastic way to improve Strength, balance and flexibility along with many other key benefits. The most important thing is that you enjoy a break away from your daily chores and unwind with our expert instructors.
The classes will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm
