This 4 week transformation provides all of the tools you will need to completely transform your body. We will help educate you in all areas of fitness and nutrition and give you the tools you will need to continue on your journey into the future.
The transformation consists of in-person fitness classes, hikes, nutrition plans, home workouts and personal check-ins with our fitness team to track your progress over the course of your 4 weeks.
In the 4 weeks you will learn to change your eating habits, improve your fitness and strength, burn excess body-fat and improve your overall health and wellbeing. You will be invited on our group hikes and also you will receive extra work to do from home on your days off.
If you have the determination and will power, we promise that the results will be more than worth your effort.
The fitness classes will be ongoing every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm in Monread Park. Once you book your place our team will be in touch via email with all the class details.
