We have recently launched our New Year 10 week weight loss camps specifically designed to maximise weight and fat loss over a short period of time in a sustainable and healthy manner. The course is a fantastic way to kickstart your year, dial in your focus and get on track in time for Summer season.
Over the past 10 years we have helped to educate thousands of clients to not only lose weight, but to change their outlook around food and exercise. It's a lot easier than you might think and sometimes the hardest part is just getting started.
This 10 week camp includes everything you will need to successfully lose weight, burn stubborn body fat and improve your overall fitness levels. Along with this we will help educate you around diet and nutrition which you can use after the 10 weeks are up to continue your journey.
The program includes 10 weeks of training at your selected location on two nights each week. You will also receive a complete nutrition overhaul for the whole term. On your days off from classes you will have to complete fitness at home challenges which are fun and easy to follow.
