Please note : Once you choose the location and times that best suit you, you can click on the payment button to pay and reserve your place on the course. All courses have a maximum limit of attendees so make sure to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Once you have paid for your course our admin team will process your payment and send you on an email to confirm the order. You will also receive information on the exact location. We use paypal as our preferred secure payment provider. If you don't have a paypal account, once you choose the class you want, click the link that says "I don't have a Paypal account" you will then be able to put in your card details manually.

4 week weight loss challenge – Only €59

Our 4 week weight loss challenge is for any person who has struggled to lose weight and would like our help. The challenge consists of 3 simple parts. Detox, Healthy diet and Fitness. Once you book in, we will be in touch to find out your closest Location and your preferred start date. These courses run until the end of August. Locations are as follows: Blackrock, Cabinteely, Clondalkin, Clontarf, Fairview, Glasnevin, Malahide, Maynooth, Milltown, Naas, Phoenix Park, Rathfarnham, Sandymount, Terenure, Shankill, Stillorgan, Walkinstown.
